A fashion-inspired open for a reality TV pilot which follows the daily drama of a Washington, DC entrepreneur. David, the star of the show, owns several franchises in the area including Capitol City Brewing Company, Bang Salon, Vida Fitness, and several other restaurants. I was given some great stills from a photo shoot which I extracted and utilized throughout the piece. I wanted to do something that integrated some particle systems and some changing colors, so I came up with this 70′s-inspired disco floor and walls that changed colors and mixed it with the default fashion font Chalet. I also worked really hard to time this one to the music. I’m really happy with the end where the logo builds and the characters pop up. Thought that worked well with the fast beats before the music goes out. Hopefully the show will get picked up by one of the networks and I can keep working on this project.
